Opening our bottles:

Grip the bottle: Hold the base or body of the bottle firmly with one hand. 

Grip the cap: Place your other hand on the cap, making sure to turn the entire cap and sleeve - not just the cap itself.

Twist in opposite directions: Turn the cap counter-clockwise while holding the bottle steady. The goal is to twist the whole cap closure and metal sleeve, which can make it easier to open. 

Listen for the pop: You should hear a pop as the internal seal breaks.
